After following the steps outlined in our HOWTO: Using Contact Communications Logging with Office XP article, you may find that the CCL add-in stops functioning and is no longer visible in Outlook. This problem only occurs on some systems. We are planning to release a patch very soon which will correct the problem. In the meantime, if you experience this problem you will have to modify what you did in Step 5 of the article. Please remove the CCLCommon.dll file from the list of Trusted Code. Then go to the Programmatic Settings tab and set the options to match those shown below.
