FIXED BUG: Using a CCL button on the main Outlook window with multiple inspectors open creates many new windows

This problem occurs when many Outlook contact windows are open and the user clicks a CCL toolbar button on the main Outlook explorer window.

To recreate this problem:

1) Start Outlook with CCL loaded.
2) Go to your public tracked contacts folder and double click on multiple tracked contacts to open an inspector window for each one.
3) On the main Outlook explorer window, click one of the CCL toolbar buttons (eg. New Note)
4) A new window for the note (or other item type) will be created for each contact inspector you have open.

Note that this problem does not occur if you click the CCL toolbar button which is located on the inspector window of an individual contact.

We are currently fixing the problem and hope to have it resolved quickly. In the meantime, the user should use the buttons on the contact's window if multiple contacts are open.
