We offer a fully functional, free trial version of Contact Communications Logging. You can download and install the software, and acquire a free trial license, without purchasing the product. This gives you a limited period of time (usually 30 days) to evaluate the software and fully assess its compatibility with your existing infrastructure.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for Contact Communications Logging licenses, for any reason. We recommend that all our customers give the trial version an exhaustive evaluation before making a purchase.
